How programs, NDS Track, and coaching fit together
Understand the job of the packet, the optional log, and a separately agreed coaching service.
Start with the outcome you need: written instructions, a place to record training, or a conversation about individual support.
The packet carries the program
Each purchased NDS edition is one complete, self-contained PDF with its instructions and usable logs. No spreadsheet or app subscription is required. Read the workout table alongside its setup, schedule, and logging instructions.
Choose a family by its broad focus, then consider the edition separately. Family names describe the aim; they do not promise an outcome or establish individual readiness.
New packet purchases are closed pending final review. Existing eligible customers can still find their protected downloads in their account.
Choose a family, then an edition
Each family has Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced editions. Start with the experience, equipment, and entry instructions for the exact edition. A more advanced label is not a reason to choose it, and experience in one family does not automatically establish fit for another.
If you are new to lifting, look first at the Beginner information and the equipment you can use. If you are returning after time away or cannot follow an edition’s setup instructions, resolve that fit question before starting. The Program Finder can help compare goals, experience, equipment, and desired support before you sign in. Its result is a product-fit suggestion, not a medical or readiness clearance.
- Strong: strength training.
- Volume: muscle-building training.
- Cut: training with a fat-loss focus.
- Mobility: movement preparation.
NDS Track records the work
NDS Track is the optional app layer for training records and account tools. It does not replace the instructions in a packet. A number entered in a log says what you recorded; it does not establish that a movement was performed correctly or that a different load should be used next time.
You can use the packet’s in-PDF tools or printed pages without making an app subscription part of the workout. If you use both, decide which record you will check first and keep the program, edition, and session context consistent. A handwritten note and an app entry do not synchronize just because they describe the same workout.
Coaching starts with a fit conversation
A coaching inquiry starts a discussion about goals, schedule, experience, equipment, and the support being requested. A call request is not a confirmed appointment, an accepted client place, or a payment agreement.
Confirm the service’s inclusions, communication arrangements, availability, and billing terms before enrolling. Track access and check-in frequency depend on that agreement.
Choose a useful next step
If you already own a packet, start by locating that exact file and reading its orientation pages. If the file is missing, resolve the account issue before trying to train from a preview. If your question is about individual support, prepare a short description of your schedule and the help you want for a fit review.
If you want a clearer log, first learn how to record completed work consistently. Add an optional tool because it solves that problem, and check the access currently shown by your account. New Track enrollment and packet-promotion activation are currently closed. Existing account access remains available according to its terms.
