Use NDS Track as an optional companion to your packet
Keep the program instructions, app access, and saved training records clear and separate.
The PDF remains usable with its own tools. NDS Track is an optional place to record and review work when your account has access.
Give the app a clear job
Use a training log to preserve the work you completed and the context that helps you review it. NDS Track provides an account-based route to logging and training tools where those capabilities are available. Keep your packet nearby for the actual instruction and its conditions.
An app field is not a new prescription. A previous load does not automatically become today’s target, and a history entry cannot resolve a missing or contradictory packet rule. The program and any separately agreed coaching guidance retain their own roles.
Check the account before expecting features
Sign in with the account connected to your access and read the status shown by the dashboard. Packet ownership and NDS Track app access are separate. A packet download does not establish a current app subscription or an active promotion.
New Track enrollment and packet-promotion activation are currently closed. Use the Track information page for current availability and your dashboard for existing account access. A packet purchase does not automatically activate Track.
Keep a record you can interpret later
When logging is available, preserve the session, exercise variation, completed sets, units, and any side or duration fields that apply. Check the save status before leaving the screen. If a record is unavailable or still waiting to synchronize, keep that uncertainty visible instead of treating the entry as verified history.
If you also write in the PDF, decide how you will reconcile the two records. Paper, PDF fields, and app entries do not automatically merge. Avoid copying incomplete targets into the app simply to make both tools match; use the completed work as your reference.
Keep the PDF and app records useful
The PDF and Track do not automatically share entries or import an official program. Use the record tools available in your account, and keep the packet’s own instructions and version with your records.
If the app is not available to you, continue using the packet’s own record tools within its instructions. For an account or saving problem, report the screen, visible status, and the step that failed without sending your full workout history. For export or deletion, use the existing Data Requests path and its stated review process.
